Student Passwords
| Students are required to obtain TWO passwords to access vital IT services at UNSW@ADFA. These are: | ||
| 2. ADFAPass | ||
Both passwords need to be acquired separately, but students are able to change them to be identical. Please note that the Unipass has higher security settings and should be set first. Please view the comprehensive Tip Sheet "About ADFAPass and UNIPASS Passwords", available from the ICTS Service Desk Tip Sheets and Forms web page, for further information. |

IT services is 'z' followed by a student ID number (e.g. z1234567) |
| 1. Unipass | ||
| A Unipass password is used to access myUNSW. This site is where all UNSW students access personal academic records and change enrolments. | ||
| Students must have a valid Unipass password to enrol in new courses. | ||
| New Unipass passwords | ||
| All students should be able to create their own Unipass password. Please contact Student Administrative Services with any problems. | ||

| Locked Unipass accounts | ||
| If you mistype your password your account will be locked. Please contact Student Administrative Services on (02) 6268 6000 or email sas@adfa.edu.au to have it unlocked. | ||
| 2. ADFAPass | ||
| This is used to access library resources, student email and Olive. | ||
| New ADFAPass passwords | ||
| The ICTS Service Desk issues all new ADFAPass passwords. On-campus students will receive one when they receive a student ID card. Distance students will receive one in the mail with their ID card. Please contact ICTS Service Desk with any enquiries. | ||
| Changing your ADFAPass password | ||

| Accessing Olive | ||
| Some lecturers use Olive as a means of communicating and sharing resources with students, particularly for distance courses. If you are able to log into Olive with your ADFAPass, but do not have access to specific courses, please contact your lecturer after the commencement of session. | ||
| Forgotten ADFAPass or Unipass passwords | ||
Please visit the ICTS Service Desk with your ADFA student ID card to reset your password. If you are off-campus, a fax of your student card will suffice. Contact ICTS on (02) 6268 8140 or email helpdesk@adfa.edu.au for further instructions. Please note that passwords:
