Disclosure of Personal Information for Defence Funded Students

All commencing Defence Sponsored Students at undergraduate and postgraduate level are required to consent to the disclosure of personal information by the University College of the University of New South Wales (UNSW@ADFA) to the Department of Defence.

Students who fail to provide this consent will be deemed to be full-fee paying students and will be liable for a fee per Unit of Credit.

Please read the UNSW@ADFA Privacy Information Flyer and complete the relevant acknowledgement form:
